Been having water trickling down my basement walls and started calling around at places that showed up on Google and recommendations from friend. Middle of December 2023, I called B-dry and they had Chris come out a few days later. Walked him through the problems with my basement leaking and how I needed an egress window installed and replace the other 6 windows that were single pane windows. Talked to me about what options I had and what needed to be done, drew up an proposal for me and got back got back to me pretty quickly on the total cost. At no time did I feel like I was pressured into the sale. Called a couple other places but none of them felt like the right place. Made the down payment (10% of the proposal) and scheduled it for end of Jan in 2024. Got a call shortly before New Years saying they had an opening and wanted to know if I wanted to move ahead. Said absolutely. Was called a couple weeks before the project started and was told the name of the foreman / field supervisor and what time they were going to show up. Entire crew showed up on time, I showed them the basement and they got to work. About a week and a half later the supervisor told me they were nearing completion. Then the snow hit us and called to let me know they were going to wait for it to clear up to finish the egress on the outside. The interior was done within 6 business days. The exterior was finished today (1/23/24). I mentioned some concerns I had and they were addressed in a professional and courteous manor. I cannot recommend B-dry enough. 10/10 stars. The warranty is fantastic, the crew was respectable, fast, and efficient. The field supervisor was very transparent and kept me up to date on everything that was happening that day and what the plan was for the next day. Basement looks great and already feels warmer / dryer. The egress and glass block windows look fantastic. Seriously, if you need something done with your basement / crawl space, call B-dry. Update 4/25/24: Noticed some water leaking from sump pump pipe that only happened when the pump was running. I recently had my crawlspace encapsulated in my new home. Once all the rain started, I noticed an awful smell coming up from it. These guys had to crawl on their knees and bellies to do their jobs, which I couldn't do in a million years. They were on time( early even), explained what they were doing, and finished by projected date. Very hard workers!! The office manager, Laura, was a dream to work with too! B-Dry encapsulated my crawl space which was no easy task. James originally came out to give the quote which was very reasonable. He explained what was worth doing and did not try to upsell anything. The crawl space is very shallow, and the entryway makes every contractor laugh when they see it. Another contractor wouldn't even tackle the job due to the crawl space being too shallow. They wanted to go through the floor. B-Dry, however, took on the challenge and did a very good job.
