We Stand Behind Our Service

Our Warranty repairs are covered at no cost to the homeowner. We cover any defect with our installation (Materials or Labor). There are some common sense issues that are not covered by our Warranty. Here are a few of the most common:

• Water entering through a Window.
• Plumbing Leaks.
• Leaking appliances or Hot Water tanks
• Dark Spots / discoloration due to high humidity levels
• Backing up or failure of the city sewer.

We have a voicemail answering service to field all calls after hours however, this does not mean that we have a service department that operates 24/7. Normally any calls that are fielded after hours will be addressed the next business day and if needed a service appointment will be scheduled at an agreed upon time during normal business hours.

Sump Pump are covered under the manufacture warranty.
